ALL ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 30 DAYS AS LONG AS THE ITEMS ARE UNWORN AND IN THE SAME CONDITION AND PACKAGING AS WHEN RECEIVED.
All returns must be sent to the address in Woodland Hills, CA.

We recommend that you get a tracking number or proof of delivery when you send a return, as we cannot issue a credit or send an exchange unless we receive the return or the customer can show proof that the return was received by us.

TO EXCHANGE:
Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received, and they must be returned in the box. A $6.00 service fee will be charged to your Credit Card for all exchange shipments. Please do not send a check for the service fee, as checks are not accepted. If you would like the fee charged to a different credit card than the one used for the original purchase, please provide us with the credit card number and expiration date, as well as the name on the credit card and billing address of the credit card. If you receive a damaged item or in a different size than you ordered, we will send you the correct, non-damaged item with no additional shipping charge. However, we can only replace it with the exact same style and size as on the original order. If you want a different style or size, please exchange the item in accordance with our return/exchange instructions, and a $6.00 service fee will be charged.

OPTION 1
You can place a new order for the desired item, and we will ship it and charge your credit card. You can then return the item you wish to return to us for a full credit, less your original shipping charge. If you choose this method, please check the "RETURN" box on the return/exchange form when you send the original order back, and indicate that a new order has been placed. Please include in the "Comments" area of the new order that it is an exchange, and although the new order will show a shipping charge of $8.95, we will adjust the charge to $6.00. (Please see instructions below for Returns.)

(1)Include with the item(s) the name, full address, phone number, and order number (if available) from the original order, and an explanation of the item number(s) and color(s), size(s) you would like in exchange. If you received the item as a gift, please make sure that you provide the name of the person who placed the order.
(2)If a credit needs to be issued by us, we can only issue the credit to the same credit card used in the original order.
(3)If there are additional charges to be owed to us, we will charge the difference to the credit card used for the original order unless otherwise specified.
(4)If you would like the difference to be charged to a different credit or debit card, please provide us with the name, billing address, phone number, card number and expiration date of the card to be used. Please do NOT send a check for the exchange fee, as checks are not accepted.

TO RETURN:
Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received, and they must be returned in the box. We do not reimburse the shipping charge.
