We offer UPS 2nd Day Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States or $20.00 for 1-2 items and $30.00 for 3-4 items, and UPS Overnight shipping within the 48 contiguous United States for $30.00 for 1-2 items and $50.00 for 3-4 items. For orders of 5 or more items, please call us at 888-434-4488 for expedited shipping charges. Orders shipped by expedited shipping are shipped by the method you choose and will be delivered either in two business days from the day it is shipped (for 2nd Day Air shipping) or the next business day from the day it is shipped (for Next Day Air shipping). Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. UPS does not deliver on weekends. Sorry, but we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO or FPO addresses, or to addresses in or outside of the US. Sales tax of 7.25% is added to orders shipped in California. Orders are normally shipped within 2-3 business days, but there are exceptions. (Please note: Estimated time of shipment refers to when the order is shipped, not received). If your order is for several different brands of slippers, you may be receiving them in separate shipments. Because most orders are shipped to the recipient directly from the manufacturer(s), we can neither offer gift wrap nor can we enclose a gift card. If an item you order is on backorder, we will notify you as soon as we are notified by the vendor to give you the option of making a substitution, waiting for the item to come in, or canceling your order. If you place an order for more than one item and one or more of the items ordered is listed as "Backordered" on the site, the entire order will normally be shipped when the backordered item or items become available.
We cannot be held responsible if delivery is delayed by UPS due to address problems, no one available to sign for the package, adverse weather, or other delays beyond UPS's control.
All orders by UPS require a street shipping address (not a PO Box) and most require a signature for delivery. We recommend that you provide a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package if necessary. Your order will be shipped to the shipping address exactly as you type it on the order form. If the order is being shipped to a business or "care of" a business or individual, this must be typed in the shipping address. Any apartment or suite number and/or company name must be typed in the shipping address by the customer. Any information in the "Comments" area of the order form concerning the shipping address will not be included on the shipping label. If you request that your package be left without a signature, please note that if we instruct the carrier to do so, neither we nor the carrier will be responsible if the package is delivered and subsequently stolen. If you would like your package left without a signature, you need to specifically state that in writing either in the "Comment" area of your order form or in an email to us at the same time your order is placed. The language "Leave without a signature" must be specifically stated, and an instruction of "Leave outside if no one is home", or something of that nature, is not sufficient. If the language to "Leave without a signature" is not specifically stated, we will not put that instruction on the shipping label. WE CANNOT GIVE THE CARRIER A SPECIFIC LOCATION FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO BE LEFT. IF YOU NEED THE PACKAGE LEFT IN A SPECIFIC LOCATION, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO LEAVE A NOTE FOR THE CARRIER AS TO WHERE YOU WANT THE PACKAGE LEFT. There is no way for us to specify on the shipping label a location for the driver to leave the package.
If you need to return your order, items must be unworn and in the original packaging. We will credit the credit card used for the purchase for the return, but your original shipping charge will not be reimbursed. If you need to exchange your order, items must be unworn and in the original packaging. A $5.00 service charge will be charged to your credit card for any exchange shipment. If you would like the $5.00 fee to be charged to a different credit card, please supply us with the credit card number, expiration date, name on the card and billing address of the credit card. If you receive a damaged item or in a different size than you ordered, we will send you the correct, non-damaged item with no additional shipping charge. However, we can only replace it with the exact same style and size as on the original order. If you want a different style or size, please exchange the item in accordance with our return/exchange instructions, and a $5.00 exchange fee will be charged. Please see "Returns/Exchanges" for complete information and instructions. We recommend that you get a tracking number or proof of delivery when you send a return, as we cannot issue a credit or send an exchange unless we receive the return or the customer can show proof that the return was received by us.
